朝…炭酸水ダイエット(生理期間のみ)
昼…食間は果物
　　がっつり食べていいのは５時まで
夜…夕食はご飯すくなめ
　　２日～３日に１回ウォーキング１時間
　　骨盤スクワット
　　腰回し　左回り、右回り、左右、前後　各１曲
　　腹筋背筋３０回ずつ
　　半身浴３０分（５～１０分は足を横にぶるぶる）
　　おしりを撫でるようにマッサージ
　　小顔の体操
　　足の親指をゴムでくくって５分間仰向け
　　炭酸水ダイエット（生理期間のみ）

※１日１５００カロリーまでにおさえる
