Memo for my self...

Waist 69cm... want to make it around 60cm.
Weight avg 52kg... want to make it around 47, 48kg

I really should start taking this enormous body seriously and loose tons of weight before summer begins.
I have started waist twisting exercise, but I'm not sure if it is really working...
Also, I should stop eating like a pig.
It's just difficult, cuz if I stop eating I would sure loose tons of weight in little time.
However, if I start eating I will gain it back again.
Thats not what I call a diet.
I want to continue eating and yet loose weight.
Am I greedy?
I guess I should start focusing on loosing my belly fat instead of loosing weight.

I get really anxious about my weight when my period starts... haha
I guess thats why I loose more weight during my period than any other time.
Kinda ironic, cuz don't people usually loose weight right after the period or something?

Well, I'm gonna try.
-2cm/month, and -1kg/month is my current goal.
