やばいやばすぎる。急に増えすぎ。精神的に不安定になると急に太って、そして級にすトンと落ちる。

【今日のできごと】
たまに家飲み。ビール一缶をコールスロー、チキンのフライ、もやしとハーブの温野菜で食す。上がりはおにぎり2つ。
なんかボーっとしている感じ。これからもドランカーにならない程度に月に2回でこの儀式をしよう。

追伸：マーサの幸せレシピ。原作はドイツ映画だったと思うけど、そっちは見たなぁ。
