I guess, absolutely, I will be not able to promote my position in my department of the company.
As, The evaluation of some My tasks by my boss are worst.
So That,It depends on my abilities. This is a natural things. but, I have deeply depressed since I found evaluations.

Today's good things.
1. My walking has been continued for 5 days till today.
2. I ate Hiyashi Chyuka (Japanese Chinese cold nudle)in my lunch.
3. My fat has been downed.
