this year i have a graduation thesis so i've taken a lot of hours on weekdays to read literature (since last month), sitting the chair all the time, therefore, i don't exercise at all! i think i don't burn any calorie except for the basal metabolism.
my basal metabolism, as i checked at a website, is 1357.5 kcal. taking a day only 1357.5 kcal, logically, at least won't make me get weight anymore. in agreement with the claim of my health-keeping, i decided that the amount of calories i CAN and SHOULD take a day would be 1357.5 kcal. (the calories needed a day, calculated by deviding the basal metabolism by 0.6, would be ignored here.)
look back today's my diet:
amt : 1372 kcal.
it's quite a good point. but now 19 p.m. i write this note, there are 5 hours till the end of today, i don't have confidence that i will finish today with eating nothing anymore. 5 hours are too long not to eat! i can go to bed quickly? no, i can't. already mentioned, i have the graduation thesis and have to study.
things i became to know today are following:
1) why many scholars are fat. 2) besides what and how much i ate, i'd better to be concious of WHEN i SHOULD eat.
tomorrow i'm going to the dentist. when i was a child i'm afraid of the dentist. now i am a adult (maybe) i'm still afraid of it.
postsprict: i've eaten after wrote above. appetite for foods still massively stays in me. but my reason made me choose oden, not other foods of high calorie. generally known well, oden is good because of its lowness of calorie. from now i will eat oden when will be not able to stand hunger. only problem to do so is that, every time hunger attacks me, i have to go a neighboring convenience store. (of course i can't cook oden.) of some convenience stores which sell oden, 7-11 provides the most delicious ones, as far as i have eaten.
