I somehow have this belief that chocolates are safer for diet rather than cookies and cakes. I bet it's partly true but not really if I eat them too much.
Yesterday I bought a box of chocolates from Meiji and even tho I ate only a couple of them and there are still a lot left in the box, today I again bought a chocolate (tho this time a smaller one and it's a white chocolate unlike yesterday's chocolate which is a dark chocolate) and I only had one of them so far. I just don't know what I want to do because the pile of my chocolate bars is getting higher and higher each day and I'm thinking this might be because of my desire to spend money because I've been almost forcing myself not to spend money on every single thing. Honestly I don't want to eat chocolates like crazy, but I guess I just wanted to spend money on something that I somehow believe isn't harmful to my health and stuff. But yes I bet I will stop doing this crazy shit from tomorrow or I would say from now on.
By the way, a couple of weeks ago I got this book about our body temperature that our immune system will rise dramatically if only we try our best to gain a high quality muscle system and keep on working out plus doing exercise. This book, tho as far as I checked the comments on Amazon there are people who are totally opposing to this idea, is very interesting and I would almost finish reading it last night. I've learned a lot of things from this book.
